By booking your pet in for any of the services listed you agree to the following:
Any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being non refundable.
A deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable at the completion of the service being provided.
Whilst we are trained and experienced in animal handling and will take all steps necessary to ensure the safety of you, your pets and ourselves during any treatments taking place, we take no responsibility for injury to you or your animal that may occur.
Please ensure that ALL medical conditions are disclosed to us about each pet you book an appointment for to ensure their health and safety. We are not liable for any issues that arise as a direct result of not disclosing this information.
If we advise that Veterinary treatment be sought for any condition and you do not do so, we accept no liability for the consequences of not following recommendations.
Please be aware that Veterinary Nurses are bound by law to perform only certain procedures as set out by the Australian Veterinary Association and Veterinary Surgeons Board. Please do not be offended if we are unable to perform a service that you request that is not permitted for us to do as Vet Nurses. This includes but is not limited to vaccinations, surgical procedures and diagnosis of medical conditions.
Due to the Privacy Act 1988 all information supplied to us about you and your animals is strictly confidential and we can assure that we are legally and ethically bound to ensure that your information not be shared with any third party unless given direct permission by you to do so. For example, providing a written report to your pets regular Veterinarian.
